Adeleke: We Won’t Allow APC Return Osun to Days Workers Begged for Food

Osun State Governor, Ademola Adeleke, has called on residents to reject the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the August 15 governorship election, saying his administration will not allow the state to return to what he described as “the dark days.”

In a statement shared on his X account on Thursday, Adeleke alleged that the APC left civil servants struggling by paying half salaries and forcing many to depend on neighbours for food. He urged voters to support his administration’s record of progress, compassion and good governance.

The governor called on eligible voters to come out in large numbers on August 15, saying the election is an opportunity to protect the people’s mandate and keep Osun on its current path of development.
