The community, in an appreciation letter to Governor Sheriff Oborevwori, described the proposed institution as a major development that would transform Omadino and its environs, while creating employment opportunities for Deltans.

The letter was signed by Pa. Godfrey Oruru Edemadiden, Olare-aja Ti of Omadino Community Elders; Chief Sunny Yomere, Secretary, Council of Chiefs; Mr. Tuoyo Mogbeyiteren, Chairman, Omadino Management Committee; and Mr. Joshua Ghereje, Youth President.

The community thanked Governor Oborevwori for releasing the college to the Federal Ministry of Education for the take-off of the proposed campus.

It said it was “fully ready to provide all necessary support for the smooth and peaceful take-off of the institution,” while anticipating the commencement of academic activities in the next academic calendar.

The community also commended the governor’s MORE Agenda, expressing optimism that the polytechnic campus would open up new opportunities for residents and the wider community.
