British Council Honours Delta Student as Nigeria’s Best in Additional Mathematics

A student from Delta State, Efetobore Joshua Koyoyo, has been recognised by the British Council as the Best Overall Candidate in Additional Mathematics in Nigeria in the November 2025 International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) examination.

Joshua, who hails from Okwemor in Ughelli South Local Government Area of Delta State, received the prestigious award during a ceremony held on Friday at the Civic Centre, Victoria Island, Lagos.

The event brought together top-performing students from across the country and celebrated exceptional academic achievements in various subjects in the globally recognised examination.
