Residents have called on the Delta State Government to urgently intervene in the worsening state of buildings and teaching infrastructure at Abraka Grammar School, located along Warri-Agbor-Eku Road, Abraka, Delta State, alleging years of neglected renovation despite repeated government claims.

According to the some locals, contractors allegedly carry out minor repairs, document them with photographs, and abandon the rest of the school in disrepair, while projects are reportedly certified as completed.

They urged the state government and relevant oversight agencies to investigate the alleged misuse of renovation funds, ensure proper supervision of contracts, and immediately rehabilitate the school to provide students with a safe and conducive learning environment.
